| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式的改革途径是创新与整合,这是由于人才培养模式的多样性和统一性所 决定的。有效的创新和整合需要多元主体的广泛参与,需要政府有效的制度保证进行校际和区域性整合, 也需要高职院校内部对人才培养模式进行整体的改革。

| Abstract: | The development of higher vocational education cultivation modes needs innovation and association. The development depends on its unity and variety. The society and the enterprises should participate the reformation of higher vocational education cultivation modes.The government should promote it through policy.And the vocational institute should reform the cultivation modes as a whole. |
