| Abstract: | The fuzziness in probabilistic rough set model is studied. The authors show how the concept of lower and upper approximation of a rough set can be generalized from the vantage point of the cut of a fuzzy set which is determined by the rough membership function.The authors give a measure of fuzziness in a rough set and make some characterizations of this measure. |
