| 摘 要： | 肯定了浔商在长期经商实践中形成的商业伦理曾在其迅速崛起过程中发挥的重要的作用。指出浔商伦理作为封建社会的产物,具有一定的历史局限性,但其要义精髓对于市场经济依然具有适用性和可借鉴性。针对当前我国市场经济建设中信用缺失、道德失范等问题,关注并研究浔商伦理具有积极的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The business ethics of Nanxun merchants formed in the long-term practice have played an important role in the course of its rapid rise.As a product of feudal society,the business ethics of Nanxun merchants has historical limitations,but the essence of its meaning is applicability and could be used for reference by market economy.It has a positive practical significance to concern and study the ethical of Nanxun merchants,in view of the lack of credit and morality and other issues in China＇s market economy. |
