Environmental Legislation in West China in Perspective of Eco-Civilization

The status of ecological environment and environmental legislation of west China are described.The measures and advices on environmental legislation under the guidance of ecological civilization are proposed： environmental legislation must uphold the correct viewpoint of ecological civilization;the reform of eco-environmental legislation at national level should be implemented;the environmental legislation of west China should correctly handle the relationship of higherlevel law and lower-level law;The integrity and the interests balance of ecological environment protection issues should be given full consideration.
