| 摘 要： | 以社会心理学为切入点,对藏汉大学生在心理素质上的差异进行了分析,认为造成这种差异的主要原因有环境影响、社会行为、群体生活方式以及个体交往四个方面;并以此为基础,对培养藏汉大学生良好心理素质提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of social psychology,the difference between Tibetan and Han undergraduates＇ psychological quality is analyzed.It is proposed that,the main reasons for this difference are： environmental influence,social behavior,group life style and individual intercourse.Some reflections on the training of the Tibetan and Han undergraduates＇ psychological quality are put forward. |
