| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生就业现状,拓宽大学生就业渠道,从就业指导的角度引导大学生关注职业资格证对就业的重要性,提出通过强化政府行为,政府、高校、企业联合共同参与实施职业技能培训和鉴定,高校在就业指导层面上重视职业资格证引入这三方面工作,将职业准入制引进校园,以更好地促进大学生就业。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the employment status of university graduates,and broaden employment channels for them,the importance of professional qualification to employment is presented from the perspective of career guidance.It is considered that to introduce the professional admittance system to universities to facilitate graduate employment,following works must be accomplished： the government＇s action should be strengthened;government,universities,and enterprises should participate in the training and identification of occupational skills together;universities should pay attention to vocational qualifications in career guidance. |
