红花保健饮料的研究

摘    要:本文报道了红花保健饮料的研究情况.该饮料以精制红花油为主要原料,以乳化剂、调味剂为辅料经科学配方研制而成,工艺简单,操作方便,适合于大规模生产.同时探讨了该饮料的营养和保健价值.

Abstract:A study of healthy drink that is made up of saffloweroii and other essential materials is reported in this paper. The drink is named "safflower Healthy Drink". It has a nutritive value and medieal effect. The manufacture is very simple anol suit imdustry production . Mennwhile , the medical effect and the benefit for human are discussed in this paper
