种用根状茎质量对盾叶薯蓣优质高产的影响

于2002年11月在广西南丹县河池林业科学研究所浅山丘陵区的缓坡杉木林地,按照的种植方法,用1级、2级、3级和4级种用根茎进行盾叶薯蓣(Discoria zingiberensis C.H.Wright)大田种植对比试验,分别测定盾叶薯蓣栽培1年和栽培2年的产量和薯蓣皂素含量.结果显示,播种第1年栽培期盾叶薯蓣出苗率为1级种＞2级种＞3级种＞4级种,在栽培满1年后的生长期中各级别的植株苗蔓长势差别不明显;盾叶薯蓣栽培满1年时各级别种茎产量为1级种＞2级种＞3级种＞4级种,薯蓣皂素含量为2级种=3级种＞4级种＞1级种;栽培2年的产量为1级种＞2级种＞3级种＞4级种,1级种和2级种产量差异不显著,其他各级别种茎之间产量差异极显著;栽培2年后薯蓣皂素含量为4级种＞3级种＞2级种＞1级种,3级种和4级种含量较高但差异不显著,其他各级别种茎之间有效成分含量差异极显著.建议选用2年生根状茎作种时,宜选用当年新萌生形成的芽头作种.
