摘    要:为了降低磁流变阻尼器的维修难度,提高磁流变阻尼器的工作可靠性,设计了分体式磁流变阻尼器.该阻尼器由液压缸和磁流变控阀组成.磁流变控阀的内部包含阻尼通道和励磁线圈.通过对磁流变控阀的控制实现阻尼器输出力的控制.介绍了分体式磁流变阻尼器的工作原理.以最大输出力为490N的分体式磁流变阻尼器设计过程为例,给出了磁流变控阀的设计过程和结构参数.

Abstract:Separated MR (Magneto-Rheological) damper design method is proposed to decrease damper maintenance difficulty and increase damper operational reliability. The damper is composed of hydraulic cylinder and MR control valve. Damping channel and magnet exciting coil are located in MR control valve. Damper output force is controlled by MR control valve. The operating principle of the separated MR damper is introduced in detail. Takeing the separated MR damper with maximum output force 490N for exampie, MR control valve design process and structure parameters are given.
