摘    要:以四氯化钛和磷酸为原料,在低温下分别制备了纯TiO2和掺磷TiO2水溶胶,通过XRD、TEM、SEM、FT—IR、UV-vis等测试手段进行了表征。结果表明,2类样品中的TiO2颗粒均呈锐钛矿型晶相结构,粒径小于10nm,而且掺磷TiO2比纯TiO2的结晶度更高,颗粒分散更均匀,颗粒也稍大,且禁带宽度和吸光度也有一定的增大。通过光催化降解亚甲基兰实验研究了纯TiO2和掺磷TiO2水溶胶的光催化活性,结果表明,掺磷TiO2水溶胶的光催化性能比纯TiO2水溶胶大约提高了2倍,说明H3PO4的加入促进了TiO2的光催化活性。

Abstract:The pure TiO2 and P-doped TiOz hydrosols are prepared bythe titanium tetra- chloride and phosphoric acid as precursor at low temperature. The samples are charac- terized by XRD, SEM, TEM, FT-IR and UV-vis. The results show that the both are assinged to the anatase phase and both of grain sizes are less than 10 nm. The P-doped TiO2 has higher crystallinity and better dispersity than pure TiO2. Moreover, the grain size, band gap and absorbance of P-doped TiOz are all larger than those of pure TiO2. And that, for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue, the photocatalytic activity of the P-doped TiO2 is about twice than that of pure TiO2, which indicates that H3 PO4 may enhance the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.
