摘    要:为了改善聚丁烯-1热塑性弹性体(PBt-TPE)力学性能,采用催化活性与定向能力不同的2种催化剂并用的方法进行丁烯-1聚合。结果表明,通过调节催化剂的配比,可以有效改变产品的等规度,提高PBtTPE的力学性能。当n(高效Ti):n(自制Ti)-1:1时,PBt—TPE的拉伸强度12.7MPa,断裂伸长率390%;增加高效催化剂用量可以有效提高聚合物的结晶度和熔点。

Abstract:The polymerization rules of butene 1 with TiCl4/MgCl2-Al (i-Bu)3 catalyst system in 3L autoclave were studied. The process parameters such as polymerization temperature on the catalytic efficiency and relative molecular mass of PBt-TPE (Mw) were investigated. The monomer conversion will increase with the temperature and At/ Ti weight proportion. With the increasing of polymerization temperature, the effect of Mw and insoluble content in C2 H5 OC2 H5 of PBt-TPE is not observable, but the tensile strength and tear strength will decrease when Mw and the insoluble content in C2 H5 OC2 H5 of PBt TPE become lower. As the Al/Ti and the concentration of the new catalyst increase, the Mw and the insoluble content in C2 H5 O2 H5, as well as the tensile strength and tear strength of the material, will firstly increase and lightly decrease at the end.
