摘    要:二十一世纪企业的竞争归根结底还是人才的竞争,人才竞争力是构成企业核心竞争力的最核心部分,特别是高层次科技人才的竞争正成为当代国际竞争的焦点,因而人力资源成为了企业最宝贵的资源。

Abstract:Competition in the 21st century is essentially about the talents,which is the mostcentral part in corporations.Especially the high-tech talent has become the focus of international competition,therefore human resource is the most valuable treasure to corporations.
