| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来使得大学园区成为最具时代特色的城市空间形态之一，大学园区因此成为社会各界的关注焦点。本文从微观角度出发，以长春市大学园区为例，通过分析其发展特点和选址原则。为国内其他大学园区的建设和发展提供经验，以进一步完善大学园区规划的理论体系。

| Abstract: | The arrival of knowledge economy time enables university campus area to be one of the urban spatial configurations with most distinguishing features of the times. The university camper area therefore becomes the focal point of the whole society. The paper studies the developmental characteristics and location principles of university campus area in Changchun from the microscopic angle,in order to provide the experiences to the constructions and development of the other university campus areas. And it further consunmmtes the theory system of university campus area planning. |
