高速串行接口传输系统完整性设计

摘    要:TLK2711为TI公司研制的高速串行/解串芯片,最高传输速度可达2.7 Gb/s。主要分析TLK2711应用于星载光谱仪平台时需要解决的电磁兼容性(Electromagnetic Compatibility,EMI)、干扰的相关问题。详细分析了干扰来源、引入途径并给出了相应的EMI抑制措施。该设计已经成功应用于某星载平台光谱仪数据采集系统中,实现高速、低噪声的高光谱图像数据传输,工作稳定。

Abstract:TLK2711 is a high speed Serializer/De-serializer which is manufactured by TI. The highest data rate of TLK2711 is up to 2.7Gbps. This article analyses the interference when TLK2711 was used in a satellite-based hyper-spectrum imager. Origin of the interference, coupling path and the corresponding measures had also been introduced in this article in detail. This system has been already successfully applied in a satellite-based hyper-spectrum imager system. It works stably in high-speed.
