| 摘 要： | 基于推动科技创新的目的,采用多种研究方法对检察机关介入科技创新的问题进行了研究,并得出了以下结论:检察机关在科技创新过程中可以发挥权益保护功能、环境维护功能、综合服务功能和创新助推功能。检察机关发挥这些功能作用,需要有效利用其常规工作机制,需要对一些特殊工作机制的职能进行拓展,还需要努力创新一些工作机制。

| Abstract: | For the aim of promoting creativity,the article explores the problem of the participation of procuratorial organs in creativity with multiple methods and gets the following conclusions: During creativity procuratorial organs may exert many functions such as protecting relative rights,maintaining good settings,providing multiple services and promoting creativity.For the realization of these functions,procuratorial organs need make good use of routine mechanisms,expand some special authorities and create some new mechanisms. |
