乳状液膜法分离水中锌

摘    要:报道了用乳状液膜法分离锌的研究.确立了最佳分离条件:制乳搅拌速度3200 r/min,制乳时间以及乳液与外相溶液混合时间均为10min,乳水比和油内比分别为0.2和0.714,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)浓度2.9%,span80和液体石蜡浓度均为4.4%,外相HCl浓度0.01mol/L.在此条件下,除锌率达95%以上.

Abstract:The optimum conditions for the separation of zinc using liquid membrane system were established.The stirring speed for emulsification was 3200 rpm,the emulsifing time and mixing time of milk and external phase solution were both 10 min.The ratio of milk to water and oil phase to internal phase were 0.2 and 0.714 respectively.The concentration of TBP was 2.9%,the concentration of span80 and paraffin were both 4.4% the concentration of HCl in the external phase was 0.01 mol/L.Under the conditions,the zinc removal was over 95%.
