| 摘 要： | 为了确定致羔羊脑炎粪肠球菌在人工感染小鼠体内的分布规律，本研究采用粪肠球菌人工培养物腹腔注射小鼠，无菌采集死亡或濒临死亡小鼠脏器，利用已建立的PCR技术对人工感染肠球菌小鼠主要脏器进行检测，结果显示在受检的6种组织中，即肝、脾、心、脑、肾均能扩增出与预计大小112bp一致的粪肠球菌的DNA阳性条带。与细菌分离结果一致。

| Abstract: | Enterococcus fecalis was detected by PCR in order to demonstrate the distribution in some organs or tissue of artificial infectious rats.The results indicate that the six organs including spleen,heart,brain,kidney and spleen which can amplify positive band of Enterococcus fecalis whose size is 112bp.The results of PCR are consistent with the isolation of bacteria. |
