| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会,中国代表团取得历史性突破,首次登上金牌榜首位,奖牌数也达到新高。国家体育总局局长刘鹏发表了关于我国竞技体育"举国体制"的讲话,提出北京奥运会后我国还将长期坚持和完善竞技体育"举国体制"。作为中国竞技体育重要成功经验之一的"举国体制"再次成为中外媒体热议的焦点。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对竞技体育"举国体制"的优势和缺点进行了分析和探讨,提出竞技体育"举国体制"应走可持续发展的道路。
