| 摘 要： | 以建国以来中小学体育教学大纲为主要发展线索,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、历史研究法以及逻辑分析法,对我国基础教育武术教学内容设计的演变过程做了系统的梳理,分析了不同历史时段武术教学内容设计的特点,归纳了武术教学内容组织与分布特征,总结了武术教学内容设计的规律性历史经验。结论认为：（1）教学内容要处理好社会需要、学生个体、武术学科三要素之间的关系。（2）价值观念的转变是武术教学内容改革能否成功的关键。（3）教学内容的选择和组织设计要注重基础性,并结合学生的个体发展需要和身心特点。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of a primary and secondary curricula sports development as the main clues,literature, expert on defense law,history,law,logic analysis on China's basic education teaching martial arts elements of the process of evolution of the system in order,Analysis of the different historical periods of martial arts teaching content and design features,summarized the martial arts teaching content and distribution organization,summed up the martial arts teaching design regularity historical experience,is designed to present sports curriculum reform to provide useful insights. |
