| 摘 要： | 选取二维复式晶格作为有限系统的集团模型,在紧束缚近似下,计算了最近邻及考虑到次近邻集团的态密度。讨论了不同结构参数对态密度及带宽的影响。

Electronic structure characteristics of the two-dimensional compound lattice finite clusters |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the two dimensional finite compound lattice are taken as the model of clusters.The tight binding approximation is used to calculate the densities of electronic states for the nearest neighbour and the second neighbour. The different structural parameters affecting on the density of the states and the bandwidth are discussed. |
