| 摘 要： | 轴承载荷能反映它支承的机械的载荷，是机器的性能研究和自动控制中很有用的一个参数．轴承向心力传感器是获取轴承载荷信号的一个关键元器件．本文推荐了一种曲面环作为轴承向心力传感器．它的结构简单紧凑，便于安装，有较广泛的应用范围．文章介绍了这种环的结构，用计算和试验检测了它的性能，并通过计算机模拟试验分析了它的结构参数对测试性能的影响．

| Abstract: | For research and automatic control,the boring force reflecting the machine load is a basicparameter. Curved section ring (CSR) can be regarded as a sensor which is a major component element for measuring bearing radisl force. It has a characteristic of compact, simple design,easy toset up,and many uses. In the paper, CSR'S stracture is recommended, its Performences are verityed by both of calculation amd test, and based on computer simulation, the effect of CSR'S stracture dimensions on measurment property is analyzed. |
