基于AHP-熵值法的精明增长计量分析

摘    要:针对环境与经济相结合的可持续发展的精明增长,选择中国的黄山市和加拿大的汉密尔顿市两样本,结合相关数据,构建AHP(analytic hierarchy process)-熵值赋权模型;使用Matlab、Excel等软件进行求解,通过人均国内生产总值、人均耕地面积等指标构建城市精明增长政策有效性评价指标体系,并对各指标进行权重分析;最后得出以加强自身农地和环境的保护力度这种精明方式,将能够弥补假定的人口增长率低于计划增长率时带来的综合指数减少量等结论.

Abstract:More and more countries in the world could not only emphasize economic growth, but also pay more attention to the combination of environment and economy,so as to achieve sustainable development.The paper selected two samples of China's Huangshan and Canada's Hamilton,constructed AHP(analytic hierarchy process)-entropy empowerment model,used Matlab,Excel and other software programming,through the per capita grossed domestic product,per capita arable land area constructed the evaluation index system of urban smart growth policy and analyzed the weight of each index.Finally,it was concluded that the way to strengthen the protection of agricultural land and environment was a smart way,which would be able to make up for the assumption that the population growth rate was lower than the planned growth rate brought about by the reduction of the composite index.
