热喷涂用Ni60-B4C复合粉制备及涂层耐磨性的研究

摘    要:采用高能球磨及化学镀镍技术来改善B4C颗粒的粒度、分布及其表面状态,制备了热喷涂用Ni60/(Ni/B4C)团聚粉和Ni60-B4C(包覆Ni)复合粉,采用亚音速热喷涂技术制备了其耐磨涂层,在自制的销盘式磨损试验机上进行涂层的磨粒磨损实验,结果表明:Ni60-B4C(包覆Ni)涂层与Ni60/(Ni/B4C)涂层相比更耐磨。

Abstract:Ni60/(Ni/B_4C) reunion powder and Ni60-B_4C(wrapped Ni)composite powder were made for thermal spraying. Using high energy ball milling and electroless nickel technologies, we reformed B_4C particles grain size, distribution and surface state to improve theirs wear resistance, and prepared wear-resistance coatings with subsonic speed flame spraying technology. We carried out the grit wearing experiment of the coating in the type of pin-dish-wearing machine made by ourselves. The results show that the wear-resistance of the coating of Ni60-B_4C(wrapped Ni) is better than that of Ni60/(Ni/B_4C) coating.
