微波催化氧化法处理邻苯二酚废水研究

摘    要:在活性炭与Fenton试剂存在下,用微波辐射处理邻苯二酚废水,通过单因素试验和正交试验对影响因素进行了考察,得出在100ml水样中,活性炭用量为1.0g,双氧水用量为1.0ml、废水pH为3、微波加热时间为15min、辐射功率为490W的条件下,可以使废水的邻苯二酚浓度从63.2mg/L降至16mg/L。

Abstract:In the existence of active carton and Fenton reagent,deal with catechol waste water with microwave radiation and investigate the affecting factors by way of single factor experiments and orthogonal design,thus draw the conclusion that in the sample water of l00ml,under the condition of active carton 1.0g,Hydrogen peroxide time 15 min,radiation power 490W,the concentration of cathechol in the waste water can be reduced from 112 mg/L to 16mg/L.
