宜居北京自然环境满意度评价

本文在前期对宜居理论、方法及其评价指标研究的基础上,从居住区周边公园绿地绿带状况,居住区内绿化状况,居住区内清洁状况,汽车尾气污染,扬尘和工业气体污染,垃圾堆弃污染,水污染这七个方面入手,通过两年对万份问卷数据的对比分析,得出宜居北京自然环境满意度的总体评价变化特征和空间分异特征,利用因子分析法找出影响自然环境满意度的主要影响指标,为更深入探讨宜居城市自然环境的内涵及评价理论方法奠定基础。从居民社会属性的角度解释宜居北京自然环境的满意度,提出相关对策建议,以促进宜居北京自然环境的改善,为打造宜居北京奠定基础,也为其他宜居城市的建设提供参考借鉴。

Evaluation of Natural Environment on Livable City Satisfaction Degree Index in Beijing

Studies on the bases of early theory、methods and evaluation index of livable,carries on twenty thousands questionnaire through the two years to the livable Beijing appraisal target system,this paper makes a comparison and analysis from the following seven aspects: the green belt status of surrounding residential areas parks,green residential area status,residential area cleanliness,car exhaust pollution,dust and industrial gas pollution,garbage disposal and water pollution,obtains the overall assessment of variation and spatial distribution of the natural environment livable Beijing.Using factor analysis to identify the mainly indicators which impacted the satisfaction degree of natural environment,conducts the depth research for the content and evaluation theory method of natural environment of livable city.The research explained natural environment satisfaction degree of livable Beijing from inhabitant’s social attribute angle,and provided the countermeasure suggestion for the improvement of natural environment of Beijing.This will have the vital significance regarding the lives of the people residential environment quality enhancement.
