压控电压源的无源频率补偿

摘    要:本文导出了一个同相压控电压源(VCVS)无源频率补偿的计算公式。用此公式可获得 VCVS 幅频特性的最平补偿、最宽补偿和通带内的相移最小补偿。方法简便易行。理论推导、数值计算和实际测量三者一致。进一步的分析还表明,该公式完全适合于差动输入的仪器放大器。

Abstract:A passive frequency compensation formula for noninverting voltage- controlled voltage sources(VCVS)is derived.Using this formula,best flatness compensation,widest bandwidth compenssation and minimum phase shift compensation in the pass-band can be obtained easily for the amplitude-frequency characteristic of VCVS.The theoretical analysis, the numerical calculation and the actual measurements coincide fairly well.Furthermore,advanced analysis shows that this formula is comp- letely suitable for differential amplifiers of instruments.
