| Abstract: | From three aspects of establishing totally new conception of the development of the talents resources, building the complete talents health system, and adopting practicable measures to increasing the health level of the sci-tech talents, this paper discusses on the concrete contents of the sustainable developing strategy of sci-tech talents' health quality for the purpose of promoting the increase of sci-tech talents' health level and making the bigger contribution to the social development. |
