摘    要:本文用玻尔兹曼方程计算了组份调制结构超声的电子弛豫吸收,着重于讨论电荷密度的周期调制效应及声场调制效应对超声吸收特性的影响。

Abstract:Ultrasonic attenuation caused by electron relaxation in metal compositional modulated structure was calculated by using Boltzman equation. The effect of electron density modulation and acoustic modulation on ultrasonic attenuation was discussed.
