| Abstract: | Summary An instrument for the automated and timevariable supply of mitostatica to leucocyte cultures for chromosome preparations is described. This instrument allows a routine laboratory to prepare cultures with a better time schedule. The action of colcemid was successfully tested after a 24-h period in the incubator before adding to the culture. |
