| 摘 要： | 特色建设是提升办学品位的理性发展途径,也是华北科技学院办学理念的具体体现。强化安全科技特色是我院始终不变的追求,是走科学发展观的必由之路。特色建设的"理念"、"结构"与"功能"是不断强化安全科技特色的三个层次,是逐步提升办学品位三个步骤,是提高学校社会知名度的三个阶段,是走办学特色与办学品位良性互动发展之路的三个环节。
