| 摘 要： | 心钠素(ANP)是由心肌分泌的激素,具有利钠、利尿、扩张血管,降低血压的作用,烫伤后血浆ANP显著高于正常,而心房ANP则明显降低,48小时接近正常水平。胃动素是由十二指肠及近端空肠分泌的激素,有促进胃肠收缩之功能,烫伤后胃动素明显低于正常,48h回升至正常水平。

| Abstract: | Secreted by myocardiac cells.The biological activities of ANP are diuresis, natriuresis, vasodilatation and inhileltion of renin-angiotesing system The Value of plasma ANP was significantiy elevated after scald injury in rat, while the value of atrial ANP dropped significantly. The motilin is a hormone secreted by the duodenum and the proximal jejunum Motilin promotes contraction of the gastrointestinal tract. Motilin dropped markedly after scald, and it retuned to normal levels at 18h pestseald |
