| Abstract: | Summary Corpora allata fromOncopeltus fasciatus incubated in vitro in medium containing 10–5.35 M (1  g/ml) of precocene II lose their ability to secrete juvenile hormone when reimplanted into last instar larvae.Acknowledgments.
