| 摘 要： | 用西宁西大黄水浸煎剂使雄性金黄地鼠泄泻致虚,再用“四君子汤”复健。注射5-~3H]尿嘧啶核苷或D.L(4,5)~3H亮氨酸分别研究核酸或蛋白的合成功能。表明脾虚动物胰腺合成蛋白质和分泌消化酶功能的下降与脾虚症状的发展相关。“四君子汤”对其有显著改善作用。

| Abstract: | A Hundred and fourteen male Syrian golden hamsters are given infusode- coction of genuine rubarb to induce "weakness of spleen" (pi-xu) . 5-~3H uridine or DL-(4,5-~3H)leucine are injected to study the synthestic functions of RNA and protein, respectively. The rate of protein synthesis in the exocrine pancr- eatic cells decreased significently in weakened animals and increased when treated with"si-jun-zi-tang", the synthesis of RNA had no significent differ- ences. The activity of serum amylase falls down markly after the syndromes of"pi-xu"appeared, and raises gradually during recovery. It is suggested that the protein synthesis and secretion of the exocrine pancreatic cells are related to"pi-xu", and coordinate to the syndromes of weakness. |
