| 摘 要： | 榆神煤炭液化项目是在加快西部开发这一战略思想指导下拟规划建设的一个特大型重化工基地项目，项目融资由于具有无追索或有限追索、非公司负债融资、合理分担风险等特征，特别适应于大型项目融资。但是项目融资的模式有多种，仅凭定性分析难以有说服力，且对项目融资模式进行综合评价时有许多不确定性因素。本文中采用模糊技术对不同的项目融资模式做定量分析，以选择适合本项目的优化融资模式。

| Abstract: | Yushen coal liquefaction project is a mega-project which is guided in the idea of speeding westen developing.Project financing is characterized by nonrecourse or limited-recourse,off-balance sheet,risk-scattered,so it is adapt to mega-project.But there are many project financing models.Only depend on qualitative analyzing is it not enough to evaluate.In addition,when we evaluate comprehensively,there are some unsure factors.Fuzzy technology is used in this paper to analyze quantitively to select optimal project financing model which is applied in this project. |
