校园监控综合管理调度系统的研究与实现——以北京联合大学的校园安全防范为例证

结合北京联合大学多校区安全指挥调度系统的实际进行设计,涉及校园内部的音、视频信息以及各种位置信息的处理、传输和转换,以及校园内的指挥、监控、调度等系统(CMIMSS)。系统在设计上采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)与客户机/服务器(C/S)相结合的思想,在实际建设中,采用C/S模式完成繁杂的日常事务处理,采用B/S模式完成信息查询与发布,从而实现了基于B/S和C/S模式的灵活、高效的校园监控综合管理调度系统。

A Research and Implementation of Campus Monitoring Integrated Management Scheduling System

To achieve a security operation design for the multi-campus location of Beijing Union University,the Campus Monitoring Integrated Management Scheduling System(CMIMSS) can process,collect and transmit both audio and visual information to and from different campuses as well as command,monitor and control the information on the campuses.In the design of the system,the combination of C/S mode and C/S mode is adopted.In the construction,C/S mode is used to deal with complicated daily incidents while the B/S mode is used for information search and issuing so that a more flexible and efficient campus monitoring and controlling integrated information management system is achieved.
