血栓前体蛋白临床应用的研究进展

血栓前体蛋白(TpP)是血栓中不溶性纤维蛋白的直接前体,对TpP指标的监测可以为临床早期发现血栓形成,实施临床早期抗凝治疗提供重要的理论依据。TpP不仅在急性心肌梗死、急性脑梗死、弥漫性血管内凝血等常见血栓形成性疾病的诊断上显示出其特异性强、灵敏度高、半衰期长的优点,在其他一些相关疾病领域,也开始得到重视。随着TpP在临床诊断领域意义的逐步显现,将会有更多相关的研究开展起来,为血栓性疾病的诊断提供更为科学的依据。

The Advances in the Clinical Application Research of Thrombus Precursor Protein

Thrombus precursor protein(TpP) is a direct precursor of insoluble fibrous protein,the monitoring of which can provide important theoretical reference to an early clinical detection of thrombus formation and an early anticoagulant therapy.TpP not only reveals the advantages of its uniqueness,high sensitivity and long half-life in the diagnosis of such common thrombosis diseases as acute myocardial infarction,acute cerebral infarction and diffuse intravascular coagulation but also begins to attract great attention to other diseases.With a gradual awareness of its significance in clinical diagnosis,more relevant researches will be made and more scientific reference to the diagnosis of thrombus diseases will be provided.
