延安野生油脂植物资源调查

摘    要:为了促进延安经济发展、合理开发利用野生植物资源和加强生态建设。通过对延安地区的野生油脂植物资源进行野外调查,初步统计出该地区现有野生油脂植物52科114属151种,分析了它们的贮油部位、含油量及其主要用途。结果表明,延安地区含6种以上的科有榆科、桦木科、十字花科、蔷薇科、蝶形花科、卫矛科、唇形科、菊科等8个科,为该地区油脂植物的优势类群,约占总数的42.4%;油脂含量在20%以上的有47种,占总数的31.13%;其中含油量最高的是野核桃,达68.6%;最低的是龙葵,为2%。开发潜力极大,并对延安地区野生油脂植物的保护和开发利用现状提出了建议。

Abstract:In order to promote the economic development of Yanan, the rational development and utilization of wild plant resources and strengthening ecological construction. Field investigation was carried out by wild oil plant re- sources in Yanan area, the preliminary statistics from the area of existing wild oil plants belonging to 52 families 114 genera and 151 species, analysis of the oil storage sites, their content and its application. The results showed that, in Yanan area, including 6 families with more than Ulmaceae, Betulaceae, Brassicaceae, Fabaceae, Rosaceae, Celastraceae, Lamiaceae, Asteraceae, 8 families,were the dominant groups of plant oils in the area, about 42.4% of the total; oil content of more than 20% of the 47, 31.13% of the total; oil content was highest in the wild wal- nut, up to 68.6% ; the lowest was Solanum nigrum, 2%. The development potential was enormous, and put forward some suggestions of protection and exploitation of wild oil olants in Yanan re~4on.
