| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对2012年全国全民健身操总决赛比赛进行分析,结果表明:加强理论研究,丰富项目内容,合理分类竞赛项目,重视规定动作,鼓励自选动作,合理设置奖项,更加细化规则,更加大力的进行社会宣传及加强基层教练员和裁判员培训的工作,将是未来我国更好的开展全民健身操的基础。

| Abstract: | By making use of literature, the mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, the paper ana- lyzed 2012 national aerobics competition finals. The results showed that： strengthening the theoretical research, en- riching the content of proyect, rationalizing the classification, contests and awards, improving the required action, en- couraging voluntary motions, making more detailed rules and propayanda and strengthening the grass -roots coaches and referee training mork niu become the fomdation to better develop the national fitness in China in future. |
