永1-平1井清水河组钻井液技术

摘    要:永1-平1井是永进油田的第一口超深水平井,主探侏罗系西山窑组,兼探三工河组及白垩系底部清水河组含油气情况。清水河组地层复杂,沿用聚磺混油钻井液体系,施工中发生卡钻事故。通过优选KCl-聚磺混油封堵钻井液体系,侧钻中采用钻井液密度径向力学支撑及物化封堵防塌、井眼净化及润滑防卡技术,配合相应的钻井液现场维护处理工艺,施工中钻井液体系流变性及沉降稳定性好,润滑能力强,解决了清水河组的井壁失稳问题;钻进中井壁稳定;起下钻畅通无阻,无复杂事故发生,顺利穿过清水河组。

Abstract:Yong 1 - P 1 well was the first high deep horizontal well. The drilling aim was to explore the oil and gas resources in Xishanyao formation, Sangonghe formation and Qingshuihe formation. Pipe - sticking occurred during technology and corresponding onsite maintenance technics. Borehole wall was stability during the course of drilling wall Rnund trio was smooth, and no comolex circumstance occurred in Oingshuihe formation.
