核电站常规岛直接蒸发冷却空调机组的测试分析

摘    要:结合工程实际要求,对海南、浙江、巴基斯坦等地区3个核电站工程的3台直接蒸发冷空调机组进行实验测试,得到送风量、风速、温度、相对湿度及阻力等机组的性能参数,满足3个区域的核电空调的要求.测试结果表明,填料厚度分别为100mm,200mm,300mm,其效率分别为72.7%,85.7%,93.6%.直接蒸发冷却空调机组不仅与填料厚度有关,而且与应用区域的干球、湿球温度有较为明显的关系.

Abstract:Three direct evaporative cooling air conditioning units used in Hainan,Zhejiang,Pakistan were tested.Performance parameters of unit,such as wind velocity,temperature,air relative humidity,the resistance were obtained.The test results show that the thickness of filling of direct evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit were 100mm,200mm,300mm,its efficiency was respectively 72.7%,85.7 %,93.6 %.The direct evaporation cooling air conditioning unit and packing thickness not only have a relationship but also with the dry bulb and wet bulb of application area.
