西部高校实验师资队伍建设浅议

高校实验教师担负着实验室建设与管理的重要使命,同时也担负着实验教学和科学研究的重要任务。然而,目前部分西部高校的实验队伍建设仍然存在着诸如学历、职称偏低、整体素质不高、知识结构不合理、队伍来源不足、队伍稳定性差等问题。如何缓解这些问题,要从实验室的领导机制着手,采取对内培养和从外引进相结合、固定编制与流动编制相结合、保持高校实验师资队伍的开放性、动态性的管理模式。

Discussion on Construction Approaches of Experimental Teaching Staffs in Universities in Western China

The experimental teaching staffs are laden with not only the construction and management of the the laboratories, but also the experimental teaching and scientific researches. However, some issues are raised concrening the construction of teaching staffs in some tmiversities in western China, e.g： low educational background and professional title, low integrated quality, unfavorable knowledge structure, insufficient and instable teacher sources, etc. To solve these problem, some measures have to be taken inclucling optimizing the leadership, cultivating and importing talents, implementing the fixed and flexible organizing personnel system, keeping the construction of teaching staffs open and dynamic.
