| 摘 要： | 文章对高职毕业生在就业过程中所呈现出的各种心理误区和心理障碍进行分析,并提出加强指导,了解自我,调整心态和转变观念等相应的调适方法,以期达到帮助高职毕业生正确对待挫折,排除心理障碍,把握就业机遇,顺利就业。

| Abstract: | Each kind of psychological disturbance and mental disorder which presents in the employment process carries on the analysis in the vocational college graduates in this paper. Strengthening the instruction, understanding oneself, and transforming idea and so on are proposed to help the vocational college’s graduates correctly to treat the setback, remove the mental disorder, grasp the employment opportunity, smooth employment. |
