基于微机的压缩机性能测试系统设计

摘    要:示功图和指示参数是压缩机综合性能的体现,由测得的压缩机示功图进行参数计算和燃烧分析,对于评估压缩机性能和检验质量,以及再设计和维修压缩机都有十分重要的意义,论文在介绍了压缩机性能微机测试系统框架的基础上,阐述了系统测试软件的设计,包括功能设计、主要算法设计、层次设计和界面设计等,最后在线生成活塞式压缩机的示功图。

Abstract:Synthesis performance of a compressor is reflected by indicated diagrams and indicated parameters.It is very important for evaluating performance,inspecting quality,redesigning and maintaining compressor to compute parameters and analyze combustion by using observed indicated diagram.On the basis of introducing the system's frame for compressor performance test,the software design is presented for the test system, including function design, main algorithm design, software frame design and interface design,etc. Finally the indicated diagrams of a piston-type compressor are generated on-line.
