摘    要:本文介绍了薄膜PTC陶瓷样品的真空物理淀积方法,并对样品作了分析测试,其导电类型为半导体导电,遵守指数规律,样品电阻率具有典型的温度系数特征,响应速度快,对湿度敏感,性能稳定可靠,具有一定的开发意义。

Abstract:This artical introduced the method of physical vacuum deposition (PVD) for thin film positive temperature coefficient (PTC) ceramics. It also tested and analysed the properties of the sample. The sample acted as the semi-conductor, following the rule of exponent, and the resistance is typically temperature-sensitived, rapid in time response, and is useful for further exploration.
