| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了心理训练在当今体育运动训练中越来越重要,篮球运动的激烈与多变的特征,决定了运动员要有极高的心理适应、应变和调节能力,赛前进行一定的心理调节是有必要的.首先从生理机制分析了人脑对客观事物的反应,以及反应所表现的特征,正因为人们有这些反应与特征,所以进行外观诊断是可行的.文中大概归纳了四种临赛状态来对运动员进行具体地分析,心理调节对运动员比赛有良好效果.

| Abstract: | This article states that the psychology training is getting more and more important during the sports training nowdays. The basketball's peculiarity of intensity and flexibility require sportsman's perfect psychological adoptive, yeactional and adfus-tive ability. It is necessary for a sportsman to receive psychological training' before competition. This article analyzes the reactions to the brain from obfects, and the characters of those reactions. Just because of these reactions and Characters, it is feasible to perform facial judgements. The article categories 4 states of sportsmen's psychology before competition to give detailed analysis to them. Psychology adjustment has great effect on sportsman who is taking part in a competition. |
