| 摘 要： | 车险是保险公司的主要业务，能否发现车险高利润客户，并为其提供个性化服务已经成为保险公司是否取得竞争优势的关键。论文在分析可变精度粗糙集模型(VPRS)的基础上，采用Rosetta软件对海量的车险客户数据进行挖掘，挖出了高利润客户的特征。
