压气机性能对粗糙度的敏感性的分析

摘    要:当沉积物粘附在叶片表面后,将会使得压气机叶片表面的粗糙度增大,导致气流通道的流通能力降低,这将会使压气机的增压比、效率降低.分别对不同粗糙度以及不同转速下的压气机性能进行仿真,结果表明:压气机在不同粗糙度和不同转速下,效率对粗糙度的变化最敏感,对估计压气机叶片表面粗糙度的确定具有指导意义.

Abstract:When the sediment adhered to the compressor blade surface,will cause the compressor blade surface roughness increases, resulting in reduced airflow channel flow capacity,which will reduce the compressor pressure ratio and efficiency. The performance of compressor respectively for different surface roughness and different speed of simulation. The results show that:the compressor under different roughness and the different speed,the efficiency of team rough and the variation of sensitivity,the compressor blade surface roughness is significant to determine.
