不烧低碳滑板中温性能研究

摘    要:通过分析不烧低碳滑板中温性能较低产生的原因,在其他学者工作的基础上,尝试通过引入白炭黑、含碳树脂粉、聚甲基硅树脂等结合剂或添加剂,开展实验室工作,以改善不烧低碳滑板的中温强度较低导致使用风险增加的问题.通过试验和数据分析,采用复合树脂为结合剂,可使试样中温强度达到常温耐压强度水平,同时提高了试样的抗氧化性,较为明显地改善了不烧低碳滑板中温强度较低的状况.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the cause of low medium temperature property of unfired low carbon slide plate,based on the works of other scholars,we try to introduce carbon-white,carbonaceous resin powders,poly methyl silicon resin ete as binders or additives, to improve the problem of increasing use risk caused by poor performance through the laboratory Work. Through the experiments and data analysis,using composite resin as the composite binder can improve the medium temperature property and the resistance to oxidation of the sample,successfully improve the situation of low medium temperature property of unfired low carbon slide plate.
