文献采购工作面临的问题与对策

文献采购是图书馆开展的各项服务的基础,所以我们必须全力做好文献采购工作。然而,目前文献采购工作面临着读者需求日益增加,文献数量庞大、类型复杂,文献来源渠道繁多,而文献购置费却大幅度下降等诸多困难成问题,严重影响了文献采购工作的有效开展。应解放思想、转变观念、科学采购,兼收并蓄、写作采购、资源共享,使文献采购科学化,规范化。

The Further Exploitation of Periodical Resources

Documentary purchase is the base on which all services are conducted in the library,so we must do our best to do the work well.however,we faces many problems such as the increase in readers needs,large number,complex types,various sources,the decrease in purchase expense and so on,which greatly affect the efficient development of the work.Through analysis of these problems,this thesis raises some strategies.
