一种新型电力电子技术装置的研究

摘    要:利用电力MOSFET来代替晶闸管,制作学生实验用的电力电子技术实验装置,不仅能够得到和晶闸管电路一样的实验结果,而且可以简化电路,缩短研制周期,节约成本。以一个单相半控桥式整流电路为例,分析了主电路和控制电路的工作原理,最后实验的结果验证了理论的正确性。

Abstract:A new power electronic experiment device was developed to replace the thyristor by the power MOSFET. The same experiment result can be reached whether we use the thyristor or the power MOSFET. The new device has the merit of simpler circuit, shorter research cycle and lower cost. A single phase half bridge rectifier circuit was built and the experiment results were presented to prove the theory.
